What is People Work?

People Work is an app that runs natively on your AI agent, computer, and mobile device and helps you activate your professional network in order to achieve your professional goals.

It's especially helpful for:

• Solopreneurs/Entrepreneurs who are building a product, need human validation, and need to be top of mind.
• Consultants/Coaches who rely on referrals to build their business and need a system to get their supporters to regularly support and recommend them.
• Job Seekers who need to get past the Applicant Tracking System and get in through the back doors of companies that only true human connections provide.

The app achieves these outcomes through action, purpose, and privacy:

Action

Building a supportive professional network isn't about collecting more names, recording every meeting you went to, or counting how many interactions you've had.

• If we find out that the person doesn't care, that's great to know! We move on!
• If we find out that we can offer something to that person, that's great, too; we now know that, take that action, and become a supportive connection to that person.

So People Work keeps you focused on the actions you're taking in your network. It doesn't burden you with details that feel like progress but distract you from the real work you should be doing.

Purpose

People Work is about quality over quantity.

1. The app starts with your goal as your context, which is the north star for the entire app.
2. Then that context aligns with how you put your contacts into groups that will help you with your goals.
3. And finally, each contact has their own context that will help you make sure that you're aligning with them.

With this in place, you have a system that helps you be more intentional and focused in every interaction. You know what you are going for, how you can support others, and how that support relates to your overall strategy.

Privacy

In order to truly find the right people whom you can support and who will support you, you need to feel safe to have a lot more interactions which won't go well. And you need to feel safe to go into an app and say "that didn't go well for me" and know that this is something that only you will see.

So People Work promises to provide you with as much privacy as we possibly can:

1. We only store your data in encrypted form, and only you have the keys to decrypt that data. We achieve this through a similar model to Signal.
2. We don't track you in our cloud beyond the fact that you're our user. This is why delivering People Work through native apps is so important to us.
3. We host all your data in our GDPR-compliant data center in Frankfurt, Germany.
4. We let you walk away, and we delete your data at your request within 15 days.

We do all this because it's the right thing to do. We have built our business on privacy, and it will remain one of our core tenets.
