Why We Built People Work
We’re a family owned, bootstrapped software company started in Boulder, Colorado in August 2023 whose mission is to help people take their next step in their career journey through agency and intention.
We have built an app that enables privacy and agency at people’s jobs and with their external networks. While this app is really for a wide range of folks, we’re primarily focused on helping students, new employees who are onboarding, and new managers.
We quit our jobs in 2024 to realize our dream to change how humans work together and to realize the true potential of technology’s ability to connect us.
