Michael is pursuing his lifelong passion of helping others succeed through technology. After spending over two decades in technology leadership roles, he's now focusing full-time on building People Work to help engineering managers thrive in the people side of their jobs.

With a unique ability to bring technical and business stakeholders together, Michael excels at three key things: maintaining a deep commitment to learning, motivating others to take necessary action for success, and consistently aligning strategy with day-to-day reality.

He's particularly passionate about helping engineering leaders grow from individual contributors into effective managers who build strong, successful teams. Drawing from his experience mentoring dozens of engineers and managers throughout his career, he understands the common challenges and pitfalls in leadership transitions.

As a father of three musical boys, he brings the same dedication to growing future leaders at home as he does to helping managers grow in their careers. Michael is excited to be working alongside his wife Annie to transform how people develop their careers through People Work.
