After excelling at HashiCorp as a Senior Engineer on the Terraform Enterprise team, where she focused on both software and infrastructure, Annie made the entrepreneurial leap to build People Work. She brings a distinctive approach to technology that combines her arts background with technical expertise, believing that the right thing should be the easy thing to do.

This philosophy shows in everything from creating extensible Go packages to designing intuitive user workflows. Annie's experience in consulting at 10th Magnitude taught her the value of accelerated growth and strong technical foundations. Her background in the arts continues to influence her work, helping her bring people together under common visions and tackle obstacles with creative determination.
